About us

IN FOCUS – IP LAW

Our firm’s guiding principle is to regard our clients’ interests as our own.  We present you with practicable approaches, and you can depend on us to give a clear answer to your question, allowing you to make business decisions.

Due to our large client base, every attorney in our firm also has a wealth of forensic experience. Our attorneys’ wide-ranging expertise, including in prosecution and litigation proceedings, ensures that the enforceability of the protective rights required by our clients is taken into account right from the drafting stage when individual IP rights are registered.

Many large and renowned companies now use our firm’s consultation and additional services. They entrust their entire patent, design and /or trademark portfolios to us, or large portions of them.

This has contributed to our firm’s strong expansion, which has resulted exclusively from our own growth and not from mergers.

Our attorneys’ keen academic interest can be seen from their many publications in specialist journals and the latest editions of specialist books. Our qualifications are supplemented by teaching roles at Brunswik University of Technology, Brunswik  Academy of Fine  Arts, Hanover University of  Applied Sciences and  Arts, and Ostfalia University of  Applied Sciences. We also share our expertise and experience through lectures and seminars.

We work as a team in order to provide our clients with a comprehensive, focused consultation service in the shortest possible time. However, each client always has a dedicated contact partner.
